A Special Joint Meeting has been called by the Riga Township Board and the Riga Township Planning Commission for a presentation by:
Acoustic Engineer Richard James, INCE
Mr. James is one of the world’s leading authorities on the safe siting of industrial wind turbines in relation to people’s homes. Mr. James has been certified as an expert in industrial noise control by courts across the U.S. and Canada, testifying about the potential adverse effects of constructing industrial wind turbines too close to homes. He is also one of the co-authors of “Simple Guidelines for Siting Wind Turbines to Prevent Health Risks.”
